Absolute Manufacturing is a proud American company that specializes in precision machining, assembly and customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing the utmost responsive service, excellent quality and delivery times that revolve around you. Our diverse skills allow us to design, engineer, manufacture and assemble close-tolerance parts made from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, titanium and other engineering materials. An Absolute History

Absolute Manufacturing was founded in 1986 with a vision to provide high quality and close tolerance parts for a variety of industries. This naturally led Absolute to offer comprehensive product development and consultation. Absolute stood out with its innovative solutions to complex problems.

Currently, Absolute operates from 6,300 square feet of light industrial space located in Pepperell, Massachusetts. Our capabilities include CNC turning, milling, surface grinding, honing, assembly and kitting and much more. Absolute specializes in complex machined components made from challenging materials from prototype volumes to over 10,000 piece lots. We pride ourselves on our ability to support America's innovators from start to finish.

As Absolute grew, so has its tooling arsenal which utilizes top of the line equipment such as Matsura, Fanuc Robocut, and Mori Seiki machining centers, Sweko vibratory finishers, and numerous other CNC Machines. Over the years, our products have become the trusted and preferred source for high-risk applications, for instance a unique collar used to measure radioactive material.

Absolute was acquired by Roanwell Corporation in May 2012 and has been expanding ever since. No project has been too small or large, too simple or complex -- let us help you make your designs a reality.

Absolute Quality Assurance

Absolute is devoted to systematic quality assurance of every piece that is manufactured. We understand that the products we produce are important to our customers. With our current state-of-the-art 5-axis probing system, a ZEISS Eclipse with a Renishaw PH20 probehead, we strictly inspect, automatically document and ensure the accuracy of every part from stock to finished product. Depending on the probe, we can measure the accuracy to fractions of a micrometer. With our instantaneous optical measurement devices, we completely eliminate operator error, so no one will stand in the way of your perfect product. With our regulated and disciplined QA system, we improve the efficiency of our production time and greatly reduce waste, even for extremely close tolerances. We take 100% accuracy & precision seriously.

The Absolute Upgrade

Upgrading to a higher quality and larger quantity vendor is difficult but we are here to help you every step of the way and it is only a 2-step process. Absolute Manufacturing will guide you to adapt and improve your design for less and in a timely manner.

Step 1: Part Evaluation & Improvement

We will analyze your component, perform the appropriate design to manufacturing modifications and conclude what options to take in order to create your part more efficiently and productively.

Step 2: Iterative Prototyping

When your part has been evaluated and improved, Absolute will create a 3D CAD model of your component and begin working on a prototype. Next, we examine the prototype and determine if some parameters need to be readjusted or can be improved. If so, Absolute will manufacture another prototype with the adjusted parameters and repeat until the part is matched to your desired output.
